Arrival
To begin your spa experience, we suggest that you arrive at the spa Reception Desk a minimum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. You will be provided with a health history form to fill out. To avoid your service being cut short, please arrive early to scheduled treatment.

Cancellation/Change Policy
Please allow 24 hours notice of cancellation or changes to avoid being charged for canceled treatments. Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services. Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Parties of three or more must pre-pay for their appointments. Parties may purchase online gift certificates to hold appointments. If you arrive for your appointment and leave, the appointment will be considered a no show and the payment will be due. A client that doesn't show up for their appointment cannot be booked again.
Introductory Offers, Promotions and Upgrades Policy
The Spa of Cool Springs offers introductory massages and facials. These offers are one time offers only. If a gift card is purchased for an introductory offer and the guest has already received the service the difference in price will be assessed to the guest. Introductory offers are for relaxation only, not theraputic work. Relaxation is medium pressure, not firm or deep tissue. If you would like to add a firm or deep tissue to your massage it is an upgrade.
The Spa of Cool Springs offers upgrades to their clients, which include hot stone massage, extra time to the massage and firmer to deep tissue massages. Ask the staff if you have any questions regarding upgrades.
Promotions are for a limited time, it is the buyers responsibility to keep up with the promotion. VIP promotions are booked on Mondays only. If you were sold the VIP package without this being disclosed, please contact Joe at shortcut marketing at 615-604-7449.
Please notify us of any health conditions at the time of your booking. First time guests will be asked to complete a personal health form prior to treatment. Communication with your spa professional and service provider is essential for you to receive the most personalized treatment. All information is confidential and will not be shared.
Guests who have had recent surgery or have any other medical concerns are advised to consult their physician before booking spa services. Please advise the receptionist of any concerns.
We offer prenatal massages in the second and third trimester with a doctor's release.
We offer massage services to clients of all ages. If you are between 15 and 17 please bring a signed parental release giving you permission to receive massage services. For clients 14 and under a parent or guardian must be in the room during the service. The parent of guardian does have the option of booking their service in the couples room so they can both receive a massage. All clients 17 and under will be booked with a therapist of the same sex. Minors are not allowed in the couple's room for a massage.
Quiet and Relaxing Environment
In order to provide a relaxing and quiet environment to our guests, we do not allow cell phones, pagers, or smoking anywhere within the spa.
Valuables
Please remove any jewelry or valuables prior to your spa service. The Spa of Cool Springs is unable to assume liability for any personal items.
Payment
We will hold your appointment with a credit card. If you would not like to leave your credit card information, then you may purchase a gift card online to hold your appointment. We accept all major credit cards. All payments for massages are due upon completion of service. Clients that go over the massages purchased, will be charged on their credit card.
Gratuities
Our Therapists, Estheticians and Salon Staff all appreciate your generosity and thank you for thinking of our staff during this time.
Gift Cards
Gift cards must be present when redeemed. Gift cards may only be redeemed for product or services. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards expire a year after the date of purchase. We regret that lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. If your purchase exceeds amount of gift card, you must pay for the excess at the time of purchase.
Alcohol, and Hand and Stone Gift cards
Alcohol and Massages do not mix. We reserve the right to refuse anyone services if alcohol is suspected.
We are not affiliated with Hand and Stone, we do not honor their gift cards.
